Volvo 140/164 Gear box

An overdrive that won't engage, an M41 that jumps out of top gear or a worn gear lever bearing – the drivetrain parts take a lot of wear on the 140 and 164. Here the version matters: early cars have manual M40/M41, later ones M400/M410, and the 164 was also available with the BW35 automatic. The overdrive is D-type on the B18 and J-type on the B20, which determines which parts fit.
