Volvo 240/260 Brake system
Seizing brake calipers, a soft pedal or rusty brake pipes are classic wear points on the 240/260, which had hydraulic disc brakes on all four wheels. As you work your way through the system, the parts hang together: the master cylinder and servo build the pressure, lines and hoses carry it onward and the calipers press the pads against the discs.
