Throttle Control

Sluggish throttle response or a pedal that binds can point to a worn throttle control cable or worn-out mountings. This group gathers parts for the throttle control on the Volvo 940/960: throttle control cables, retainers that fix the cable routing and oscillation dampers that stabilize the movement. Check the cable play and the condition of the retainers when the pedal feel becomes uneven.
