Volvo 140/164 Heater/Fresh Air

A clogged or leaking heater core, a stiff heater control or a cabin that never quite warms up – these are classic wear points on the 140 and 164. The heater cores also differ between versions, and on the 164 the chassis number determines which core fits. Controls and the airmix function wear over the years, while A/C cars have their own parts for the compressor, evaporator and ducts.
