The Website is operated by LEX Automotive AB (“CVR”, “we”, “us”), in collaboration with Carlin Global Enterprises LLC.
1. Orders and Acceptance
1.1 Binding Agreement A binding purchase agreement is formed when you complete the checkout process. The order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order; it does not constitute final acceptance. A contract is finalized only when you receive a shipping confirmation.
1.2 Right to Refuse Service CVR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or if the product is out of stock.
2. Pricing, Taxes, and DDP
2.1 Prices All prices are listed in USD ($). While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you for approval of the correct price before processing the order.
2.2 No Hidden Fees (DDP) For our North American customers, we ship all orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the price you see at checkout includes all import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes. You will not be charged additional fees by the carrier upon delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Delivery Estimates We typically ship in-stock parts within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as international transit can be affected by factors beyond our control.
3.2 Shipping Adjustments Shipping costs at checkout are estimates based on weight and volume. For oversized items or remote locations, we may contact you to adjust the final shipping cost before the order is dispatched.
3.3 Shipping Damage If a product is damaged during transit, you must contact us at support@classicvolvorestoration.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 30-Day Return Policy You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
4.2 Condition for Returns To be eligible, items must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on parts that have been installed or damaged by the customer.
4.3 Return Fees A $7.00 administrative fee is deducted from your refund to cover handling and inspection. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit; we recommend using a trackable service.
5. Product Information
5.1 "OEM Quality" Products marked "OEM Quality" match the standards, fit, and performance of original parts but are not manufactured by the vehicle's original manufacturer.
5.2 Images and Descriptions We aim for 100% accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that images perfectly reflect the product's exact color or shape. Please read the product descriptions carefully.
6. Privacy and Data (Summary)
6.1 Children’s Privacy Our website is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
6.2 Cookies and Tracking We use cookies to enhance your experience. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use DART cookies to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites. You may opt out of these via Google’s privacy settings.
6.3 User Content By uploading images to "My Cars," you grant CVR the right to use these images for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery is refused or remains unclaimed, the customer will be charged for both the outbound and return shipping costs, plus any administrative fees incurred.
