Volvo 240/260 Exhaust system

A rusted-through rear silencer, a cracked manifold or a worn-out rubber mount – exhaust jobs on the 240/260 are among the most common. Which parts fit is determined entirely by the motor: the four-cylinder B21, B23 and later B230 have their own pipe routings, while the V6 cars (B27/B28) in the 262/264/265 have wider systems and different manifold geometry. Carburetor and injection versions (A/K/E and F respectively) also differ, and the catalytic converter cars (J) have their own parts. That is why it is crucial to go by the correct motor code before you order.
