Rusty clamps, a cracked rubber mount and a flange joint that starts to hiss are among the first things to show up on the exhaust system of a B27-equipped car. The 2,664 cc V6 in the 262/264/265 places its own demands on mounts and joint parts, and the mountings in particular are a common point to check before the pipe drops or starts to rattle against the underbody.
