The selection covers the cylinder head gasket, soot cleaning kit and motorgasket set as well as the completion kit and individual gaskets and felt rings. During a top-end rebuild, the soot cleaning kit is the usual starting point, while the motorgasket set covers more sealing points when the block is split. Keep in mind that the B20 came in several variants – the carburetor version B20B with 9.5:1 compression plus the fuel-injected B20E and low-compression B20F – which affects the cylinder head and associated seals. Always check the flatness of the cylinder head and block before fitting a new gasket, so that the new seal gets an even bed.
