Gasket for intake and exhaust manifold systems for Volvo B20E and B20F engines. Manufactured for correct fitment and sealing according to original specifications.
Fits Volvo 140, P1800 and P1800ES models equipped with B20E/B20F engines.
Recommended installation hardware
- 8 pcs. stud bolt 45 mm – 953241
- 1 pc. stud bolt 50 mm – 953243, also mounting point for rear water pipe clamp
- 6 pcs. forged washer – 191169
- 3 pcs. corrugated washer – 955921
- 9 pcs. nut – 955826
Installation instructions
- Only remove manifolds when the engine is cold and loosen nuts from the outside inward.
- Install the gasket with the marking “UT” facing the manifold.
- Install manifolds without tension and tighten nuts from the inside outward in several steps.
- Always replace all stud bolts that loosen during removal.
