Volvo PV/Duett Front lights
A dim beam, green corrosion in the base, or a sealed beam that has rattled loose – the front lighting wears from both the road and age. The first thing you need to know is the car's system voltage: early 544 and 445 ran on 6 volt, and at the switch to 12 volt in 1961 (in step with the B18) both the bulbs and headlamp inserts changed. Choose the wrong voltage and it shines weakly or burns out the bulb.
