Headlamps Volvo PV/Duett (12 Volt)

This group includes complete headlamps and separate lamp inserts, sealed beam and standard bulbs, as well as wiring, grommets, screws, lock washers and mounting kits for the mounting. During restoration it's common for the insert to be rusty in the ring while the reflector has gone dull – then replacing the insert and bulb is often enough without having to remove the whole housing.

Keep in mind that bulbs and inserts must be intended for 12 volt; 6-volt parts from the older 444 are electrically wrong even though the mounting is similar. Also check the ground points and grommets at the same time, since poor light is often due to a bad ground rather than a faulty bulb.
