Hydraulic brake lines Volvo Amazon 2-Circuit (B18)
Rusty brake pipes and cracked brake hoses are classic trouble spots when the dual-circuit brakes on a B18 122 need to seal up again. The dual-circuit system was developed for Volvo by Wagner Brake in St. Louis to meet US legislation at the end of 1967 and is found on late model years – which is why the line routing and master cylinder differ from the earlier single-circuit cars.

This group includes brake pipes, brake hoses, clamps and screws for mounting, the master cylinder, and copper washers for the connections. You'll also find plastilube and grease used during assembly and sealing. The families cover both the lines themselves and the small parts that are often missing during a rebuild.
A common checkpoint on this job is to replace the copper washers at every joint at the same time the pipes are renewed – old washers tend to leak once the system is pressurized again.
