The group includes the brake servo, gaskets, seals, nipples, spring washers and repair kits. Assembly also calls for plastilube and grease to lubricate the diaphragm and guides during reassembly, so the rubber slides correctly and does not bind. A common check point during a rebuild is to compare the old diaphragm and seals against the kit before disassembly, since the wear is usually in the rubber parts rather than in the housing itself.
Since the 1800 was built in several versions, it pays to check the chassis number and brake setup against the parts.
