Rusty brake pipes and cracked brake hoses are a classic find when an 1800 with the B18 is taken apart – moisture and road salt attack the pipes along the frame and at the rear axle long before you can see it. This category gathers the parts needed to rebuild the entire line routing in a Wagner-type dual-circuit system.

The group includes brake pipes in various lengths, brake hoses, 3-way manifolds to split the pressure between front and rear, plus anchorage clamps and screws that hold the pipes in place. The seals include copper washers, and for smooth assembly there is plastilube and grease.
A common check point during a rebuild is the transitions between rigid pipe and hose: the threads seize and the hose swells internally so the brake stays applied. The earliest 1800 used a single-circuit master cylinder, where a single leak meant total pressure loss – a dual-circuit system splits the braking into two circuits and leaves residual pressure if one circuit gives way.
