The group includes the fuel cap, fuel hose and venting hose, plus the grommet, sealing sleeve, gasket, clamp and screw needed when the tank is removed or the sender is replaced. During a tank job, rubber aging is the most common thing to check: old hoses and grommets let vapors through, while worn clamps and gaskets cause drip leaks. By replacing everything at once you avoid recurring odor and don't have to drop the tank several times.
