Volvo Amazon Front windshield wiper
A wiper that runs sluggishly, stops in the middle of the windshield or just hums without moving is usually caused by a worn wiper motor, loose linkage or dry shaft seals. Which parts fit is determined by the engine generation and which make was fitted at the factory – B16, B18 and B20 cars received wiper motors from SWF, Electrolux and Auto Lite respectively, and these differ in gear, mounting and connector.
