Weak fuel delivery, a leaking diaphragm or poor cold starting are common symptoms that can point to a tired mechanical fuel pump on a twin-carburetor B20B. The pump sits on the engine block and is driven by the camshaft, so the gasket and spacer washer against the block are typical check points while you have it off anyway.
