Carburetor Volvo PV/Duett Zenith VN36 (B18)

The group includes jets, a float, gaskets, springs, washers, bushings, screws and nuts – the parts most often needed during an overhaul. A common check point is the float and float needle valve: if they stick, the carburetor floods and runs rich, while dry gaskets draw false air and upset the idle. During a rebuild the gasket set is often replaced in one go while the jets are cleaned and the throttle shaft bushings are checked for play.
