Carburetor Volvo PV/Duett SUH2 (B14A)
Rough idle, leaking float chambers and untight fuel connections are classic symptoms when the twin SU H2 setup on the B14A begins to tire. The B14A (1414 cc) delivered around 70 bhp as twin carburettors, and it is the synchronisation between the two carburettors that determines how smoothly the engine pulls — a task where the right gaskets and springs are essential.
