Volvo PV/Duett Gas throttle linkage

Play in the linkage, a stiff gas pedal or a throttle rod that won't pull the throttle fully open are classic symptoms when the joints have worn and the return spring has tired out. Which throttle control fits is governed by the engine and where in the series the car falls – B4B and B14A in the early 544/445, B16 in the middle years and B18 from the start of the '60s use different rods, angle levers and brackets against the carburetor.
