Volvo P1800 Brakes front

Warped brake discs, sticking pistons in the brake caliper and worn pads that pull to one side are classic symptoms on the 1800 front end. Since the car had front disc brakes from the start but switched from single-circuit to dual-circuit brakes together with the B20 (MY1969, chassis #28300), the engine and chassis number determine which parts fit. New front brake calipers, discs and pads were also introduced from chassis #7000 (1963), which makes early cars a chapter of their own.
