The group includes main bearing sets and rod bearings, piston sets with matching piston ring sets, a cam gear set, plus a seal for the crankshaft seal. There are also the screws and bolts that go with the teardown. During a bottom-end rebuild it's wise to measure the bearing journals and select bearings by grind size – never replace just half the set, since unbalanced clearance quickly wears out new parts. The front seal is a typical leak point that's easily addressed while the engine is apart anyway.
