Inlet pipe Volvo 240 (B200E/B230E)
False air at the intake often causes uneven idle and poor cold starting on the fuel-injected B200E and B230E. Leaks tend to appear at cracked seal rings, aged gaskets or a loose stud where the inlet manifold meets the cylinder head – check the mating surfaces and the torque before you replace more expensive sensors.
