Inlet pipe Volvo 240 (B19ET/B21ET/B21FT)

Cracks in an old flange gasket or loosening nuts between the inlet manifold and the intake side are a classic source of leaking boost pressure and rough idle on the turbo 240. Once the gasket has dried out and the studs have started to rust, it pays to replace the whole gasket set while you're doing the job instead of chasing false air afterwards.
