Carburetor Volvo 240 CD175 (1985-87)

A rough idle, poor cold start or a high fuel level usually comes down to a worn CD175 carburetor on the late 240 models with the B21. Rubber and diaphragms dry out, threads pull loose and return springs lose their tension – then throttle response and rev drop become unreliable.
