Heater system/Fresh air unit Volvo 140 (Early)
A cracked heat hose, a sticking heater valve or a heater core dripping on the floor are classic issues on the early 140. Heat is routed through coolant hoses to the heater core and regulated by the heater valve – when the rubber hardens or the valve leaks, you end up with either a cold cabin or fogged-up windows.
