Volvo 140/164 Gas throttle linkage

Play in the throttle linkage, a sticky gas pedal or a throttle arm that won't return can point to worn bushings and joints in the pull rods. On the 140/164, both engine and model year determine how the control is routed – B18, B20 and B30 have different linkage geometry, and the design differs between early and later cars.
