The group includes oil seals and gaskets, bearings, shims for the correct pinion preload, washers, grease, inspection covers and the sealing plug. When rebuilding the rear axle, the pinion seal, the bearing clearance and the seal against the inspection cover are typical check points – if it leaks here the gears lose lubrication and wear faster. Always make sure the parts match the Spicer axle before fitting.
