The group includes the hand brake cable and plastic eyelet hand brake lever, hand brake gaiter and gaiter that protect against dirt, as well as the grommet where the cable passes through the floor and chassis. Fitting hardware also includes the screw, clamp and washer that secure and guide the cable routing. During a restoration it is worth checking that the cable runs freely in its sleeve and that the gaiter is intact before refitting the parts, as a stiff cable causes unnecessary wear on the lever mechanism.
