Exhaust manifold/Headers Volvo (940/960)

Cracked exhaust manifolds are a classic fault on turbocharged B230 cars – heat cycling pulls the casting apart and gives a hissing exhaust sound when cold. Here the engine code dictates everything: B200, B230 (with and without turbo), the DOHC B234, the V6 B280 and the diesel's turbo feed all require different inlet manifolds and manifolds. When working on the inside, the crankcase ventilation is also a common check point – clogged hoses and oil catcher cause overpressure and leaks.
