Oil mist on the engine, an oily air cleaner or raised crankcase pressure can point to a clogged flame shield or cracked hoses in the crankcase ventilation. On naturally aspirated engines (not E/turbo) the gases are routed differently than on the turbo versions, so the hose routing and nipples differ – which is why it is worth checking the fit against your specific B200/B230 without boost before replacing parts.
