The group includes oil pumps, oil filters, gaskets and grommets, pipes and pressure pipes plus screw and dipstick. During a rebuild it is often the pressure pipe between the pump and block and the pump gasket that leak or lose pressure, while the dipstick seal and the pipe mounting are simple checkpoints once oil consumption has crept up. If you replace the oil pump, the matching gasket and screw should be replaced at the same time to avoid new leaks.
