Since the B230 comes both with and without turbo, the hose routing and connections differ between naturally aspirated and turbo engines – a common check point during replacement.
When overhauling the cooling system, it is worth checking the hose ends, the coolant pipe mounts and the condition of the rubber pads at the same time, so that the whole assembly sits correctly and does not vibrate against the body.
