Injection valve for Volvo B19, B21, B23

A fuel smell in the engine bay and damp marks around the injectors often come from aged copper washers and dried-out seals in the pipe joints on the fuel-injected B200E and B230E engines. With the continuous injection system under constant pressure, a worn hollow screw or a thread that doesn't pull tight is all it takes for fuel to weep.

This group gathers the fuel pipes and connecting parts that link the fuel distributor to the injectors on the Volvo 240. The selection includes fuel pipes and connecting pipes, hollow screws and nipples, nuts, hose clamps as well as seals and copper washers. During assembly the soft copper washers are a typical wear point – they're compressed once and should be replaced at every disassembly so the joint seals to the correct tightening torque. Also check that the nipple surfaces of the pipes are clean and intact before you tighten, so you avoid leaks that pull down the system pressure.
The parts are suited for the 240 with the fuel-injected four-cylinder OHC engines B200E and B230E.
