The group includes gasket sets and o-rings for tight joints, thrust washers that control the axial play in the planetary gear, plus screws, members, adjusting screws, plugs and balls that belong to the housing and hydraulics. During an overhaul, it is precisely the thickness of the thrust washers and the condition of the seals that determine whether the box stays dry and shifts smoothly afterward.

The BW35 was fitted to 1800 models with automatic transmission. Always check against the box markings and chassis number, since the design differs between model years and parts are not always interchangeable between early and later housings.
