Rubber Plugs Volvo 140 (1973-74)

Cracked and hardened rubber plugs are a common checkpoint when chasing moisture in the floor and trunk bottom of a 140. Once the old plugs dry out, they let water into the sheet-metal holes, which over time feeds rust from underneath – which is why it pays to go through all the grommets during a bottom restoration.
