The group includes bulbs and bulb sockets for the instrument lighting as well as spring nuts, standard nuts, washers and cross recessed screws for the mounting. When refurbishing the instrument it is worth checking that the bulb sockets sit firmly and that the spring nuts are not widened – a loose fit here gives flickering lighting. The 164 received an updated instrument panel in 1973, so the fit on 1975 cars differs from the early 140/164 models. Check the model year before ordering.
