The range includes hinge halves, screws and flange screws, spring washers and washers, a spring pin, an O-ring and key blanks for the lock. A common checkpoint during a rebuild is the hinge mounting itself: make sure the spring pin isn't worn through and that the washers keep the play out before the lid is set against the edges. Replacing rusted-in screws with new flange screws makes the subsequent adjustment considerably easier.
