The group includes fasteners and locking sleeves for securing trim edges, elastic bands and springs that give the seat the right suspension, seat foam to restore volume, plus headrests, rubber bottom and complete mounting kits. The families cover both seat cushions and backrests as well as the attachment points specific to the estate body's rear trim.
A common checkpoint during restoration is precisely the elastic bands under the seat – if they're slack you'll sink through the new seat foam no matter how nice the trim looks. Replace the bands and springs at the same time as you reupholster, and the result will last for many miles.
