The group includes fasteners, screw and hexagon screw, washer and flange nut, spacerplate as well as spacer rubber and complete mounting kits. The spacer rubbers are often the first thing to check – when they have dried out and shrunk, the bumper wanders and the load shifts onto the screw joints and spacerplate, which then rust in place. When fitting, it pays to replace the whole kit at once so that the rubber, plate and fasteners match each other and the bumper sits at the right height.
