This category gathers parts to restore and mount the front and rear bumpers on a 1800ES. The group includes complete bumpers in chrome sheet, mounting brackets that carry the sheets against the body as well as mounting kits with screw, nut, washer and spring washer. Grommets seal where the mounting bolts pass through the plate and prevent new rust attack.
A common check point during restoration is that the mounting brackets are not cracked or bent – if they sit crooked, the gap against the body becomes uneven. Preferably replace the screw, nut and spring washer at the same time so the fitting becomes torsionally rigid and the sheet sits firmly.
