Cowl section Volvo 544/210 (1962-68)

Rust around the grommets for wiring, cables and brake pipes is a classic weak point in the cowl panel on late 544 and 210 cars, especially where moisture has collected behind the mats. When the rubber grommets dry out and crack, water gets into the cabin, so sealing and rust protection are typical inspection points during a restoration.

This group includes parts that belong to the sheet metal work and sealing around the cowl: weld primer to protect freshly worked metal, screws and spring washers for the fastenings, plus grommet sets for the holes where wires and pipes pass through. The 1962-68 model years cover the B18 cars with 12V electrics, which means the wiring routing and grommets differ from the earlier 6V cars – so check fit against your version before fitting.
