Information

The brake disc is cast in one piece, unlike the original two-piece design.
The hub around the outer bearing has a slightly larger diameter (67.0 mm). This works with original steel wheels but may cause fitment issues with some aftermarket alloy wheels.

Installation instructions

• Ensure all contact surfaces are clean and free from dirt and grease

• Check that calipers and pads move freely

• Make sure brake and suspension components are in good condition

• Tighten wheel bolts/nuts evenly in a cross pattern using the correct torque

•  

Important

• Always replace both brake discs on the same axle

• Replacing only one disc may cause uneven braking performance

• Always replace brake pads when installing new brake discs

• Avoid heavy braking for the first approx. 300 km (200 miles) to allow proper bedding-in
