Rear suspension Volvo 850
A rattling rear end, uneven tire wear or a car that wanders in corners often starts with worn bushings and tired control arms. The 850 uses the Delta-link rear axle, which combines individual wheel movement with a rigid axle member, and it is precisely this design that makes bushings and mountings recurring inspection points during a refresh. Since all 850s have disc brakes all round, the rear suspension work here is about springs and suspension – not drum brake parts.
