Ventilated front brake disc with integrated wheel hub for Volvo 740, 760 and 780. This is the earlier design where the wheel bearing is pressed into the brake disc hub.
The brake disc is supplied without the wheel bearing.

Important Information
On this version, the wheel hub, wheel bearing and brake disc work together as one unit. The wheel bearing is fitted into the brake disc hub.
Around 1988, Volvo replaced this design with a later version where the wheel hub and brake disc are separate parts. Always check which version is fitted to the vehicle before ordering.
You can measure the diameter of the existing brake disc and compare it with 287 mm to make sure you select the correct version.
Brake discs must always be replaced in pairs on the same axle. Replacing both brake discs ensures even and safe braking performance.
Installation
Always follow the vehicle manufacturer's instructions when installing the brake discs.
- Contact surfaces must be completely clean and free from grease.
- Brake calipers and pads must move freely.
- Check that the brake system and suspension do not have excessive wear.
- Wheel bolts or nuts must be tightened evenly in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
