The group includes screw, flange screw, lock nut and washer for mounting calipers and anchor plates, plus sheet and lock brace that hold the pads and spring pins in place. There are also a bleeder nipple and rubber cap that protect the nipple from dirt and rust between bleedings.
A common checkpoint when changing pads is the front spring pin and sheet. On cars built from 1988, the front brakes changed from a one-piece hub/disc construction to a split solution, which affects which pins and sheets fit – check the model year before ordering. A healthy bleeder nipple with an intact rubber cap also saves a lot of time at the next brake bleed.
