The group includes panels, hatches, covers and surrounds together with retainers, fasteners, lock clips and lock levers. During an interior restoration the fasteners are a typical weak point: the original plastic hardens over the years and breaks during disassembly, which makes panels start to rattle or come loose. New lock levers and lock clips in turn keep hatches firmly in place again. Bear in mind that the body code determines the fit – parts for the 5-door 245 differ from the sedan and two-door versions.
