Fan motor with A/C for Volvo 140, 164, 240

A foggy windshield, a cold cabin or a sweet smell of coolant in the footwell are classic signs that the heater package in a late 240 is leaking or clogged. On cars with A/C the airflow is also controlled by vacuum, so even a tired vacuum bellow or a cracked hose can cause uneven temperatures even though the core itself is fine.

This group includes the parts around the heater core on the 240 with A/C from 1992: hose and T-pipe for coolant, vacuum bellow, bracket, hatch, fasteners and screw, plus fan motor. Together these families cover both the core replacement itself and the control and sealing parts that often fail at the same time.
A typical checkpoint during a rebuild is to replace the brittle hose clamps and fasteners while the instrument panel is taken apart anyway – they tend to crack from heat and age and cause small leaks that are otherwise hard to find.
