Steering gear servo Volvo 240 (1975-76)
Servo oil leaks at the connections or a steering box that has started to develop play are among the common wear points on early 240s with power steering. In that case it is often the sealing copper washers and nipples that need to be checked, and when disassembling you need sound screws and nuts to put everything back together with the correct torque.
