Radiator Grille Volvo 240 (-1977)

Brittle fasteners, a cracked surround and lost locking pins are classic consequences when a 40-year-old front grille has sat in sun and road salt. On the early 240 cars up to and including 1977 – often searched for as Volvo 240 1977 – the grille is held in place by a combination of plastic parts and a spring-loaded mounting that becomes loose over the years, a common checkpoint when the front is taken apart anyway.
